# Filtering and refining your results

With millions of high-potential items available inside your unified dashboard, utilizing our built-in filtering tools is the fastest way to uncover the perfect items for your store. You can easily fine-tune your searches to isolate fast shipping options, locate domestic warehouses, and zero in on your ideal profit margins.

Here is how to filter and refine your product search results step-by-step:

###### Find Products with Fast Shipping Times
1. **Set your shipping routes:** Locate the filter panel on the left side of your search screen and use the **Ships to** and **Ships from** dropdown menus to choose your target countries.
2. **Adjust delivery windows:** Use the **Delivery Estimate** slider tool to limit results to your preferred timeframe (such as 0–10 days).
3. **Sort your view:** Click the sorting dropdown menu in the top right corner of the product grid and select **Delivery estimate** to display the fastest-shipping items first.

###### Find Products from US Warehouses
1. **Target domestic inventory:** To eliminate customs delays and keep your buyers happy, select **United States** in both the **Ships to** and **Ships from** fields.
2. **Prioritize domestic delivery:** Sort your updated grid by delivery speed to see top-performing domestic partners immediately.

###### Use the Search Bar Like a Pro
* **Search exact phrases:** Put quotation marks around your search terms (such as "detox tea") to force the system to find that specific phrase rather than individual words.
* **Experiment with synonyms:** If a specific term isn't returning what you need, try a related variation (for example, swap "air freshener" for "air diffuser" or "humidifier").
