# How to fulfill customer orders

When a customer places an order in your store, our automated product fulfillment capabilities sync the transaction details directly to your account. This removes the manual data entry, so you can complete your shipments in just a few clicks.

Here is how to fulfill a customer order step-by-step:
1. **Go to the Orders Page:** Navigate to the **Store Management** section on your left-hand menu and click **Order Fulfillment**.
2. **Connect your supplier account:** If you have not done so yet, log in to connect your preferred supplier fulfillment account (such as AliExpress) when prompted.
3. **Review your order details:** Click **See details** next to the new transaction to review the customer name, item variations, and shipping address for accuracy.
4. **Choose a shipping method:** Select your preferred delivery speed and courier option from the available carrier choices.
5. **Click Place Order:** Click the blue **Place Order** button to be redirected to your supplier, where the order details will automatically populate for you.
6. **Complete the payment:** Click **Pay Now** to process the supplier cost, or select multiple orders to pay for them in a single bulk batch.

Once payment is complete, the supplier will process and dispatch your package. The shipment tracking number will automatically sync back into your dashboard, making it easy to monitor delivery statuses.

###### Troubleshooting Sync Issues

If you’re not seeing an order in your SaleHoo Orders tab, check these common issues:
* **Unpaid Orders**: Only paid Shopify orders sync. Draft or unpaid orders won’t show.
* **Modified SKUs**: Don’t change the SKU of a product in Shopify. Doing so breaks the sync. Re-import the product if needed.
* **Outside Products**: Only products imported from SaleHoo Dropship will sync for order automation.
