# How to Make Sure You're Receiving SaleHoo Emails

If you're noticing that important account emails from SaleHoo aren't landing in your primary inbox, it’s usually due to your email provider’s automated spam or junk filters. We want to make sure you never miss a critical update, order confirmation, or tip from our team, so we’ve broken down exactly how to whitelis (or "safelist") our domain across major email providers.

### Step-by-Step Inbox Resolution

#### For Gmail Users
1. Open your **Spam** folder from the left-hand sidebar.
2. Locate and open any email sent from **SaleHoo**.
3. Click the **Not Spam** button at the top of the message window to immediately move it to your main inbox and train your filter for future messages.

#### For Outlook and Hotmail Users
1. Log into your account and navigate to your **Settings** (the gear icon), then select **View all Outlook settings**.
2. Click on **Mail**, then choose **Junk email** from the submenu.
3. Scroll down to the **Safe senders and domains** section and click **Add**.
4. Type in [`salehoo.com`](https://www.salehoo.com) and save your changes to guarantee all future updates bypass your junk folder.

#### For Yahoo! Users
1. Log into your Yahoo! Mail account and click the **Settings** gear icon in the top right.
2. Select **More Settings**, then click on **Filters** from the left navigation bar.
3. Click **Add new filters** and name your rule.
4. Set the **From header** condition to "contains" and enter [`salehoo.com`](https://www.salehoo.com).
5. Under the movement rules, choose **Inbox** as the destination folder and save.
