# How to Resolve Cookie Errors and Enable Browser Access

Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser that help us remember your preferences, keep you logged in securely, and improve your navigation. If you encounter a cookie error while navigating your unified user dashboard, it usually means your browser is blocking these essential session files.

Don't worry - fixing this is quick and easy. Follow the step-by-step instructions below for your specific browser to get back on track:

### Google Chrome
1. Open Google Chrome on your computer and click the **three dots** in the top-right corner to open the menu.
2. Select **Settings**, then click **Privacy and security** in the left sidebar.
3. Click on **Cookies and other site data**.
4. Toggle the switch next to **Allow all cookies** to enable them.

### Microsoft Edge
1. Launch Microsoft Edge and click the **three dots** in the top-right corner.
2. Scroll down and select **Settings**.
3. Click on **Cookies and site permissions** in the left sidebar, then select **Cookies and site data**.
4. Toggle the switch next to **Allow sites to save and read cookie data** to turn it on.

### Safari (Mac)

3. Under **Block all cookies**, ensure that the block option is unchecked to enable your access.

### Firefox
1. Launch Firefox and click the **three horizontal lines** in the top-right corner to open the menu.
2. Select **Preferences** (on Mac) or **Options** (on Windows).
3. Click **Privacy & Security** in the left sidebar and scroll down to the **Manage exceptions** section.
4. Add www.salehoo.com in the website address bar and click **Allow**.
5. Don't forget to **Save Changes** once done.
