# Understanding shipping methods and delivery times

When you’re browsing products inside your SaleHoo dashboard, you’ll see a **Delivery Estimate** listed on each product. This estimate tells you how long a product typically takes to reach your customer, but it’s important to remember that this is an estimate provided by the supplier rather than a strict guarantee. We always recommend planning for minor shipping delays and communicating clearly with your buyers to keep their expectations perfectly managed.

To view the complete shipping details for any product you're interested in, just follow these simple steps:
1. **Add the product** to your Import List.
2. Go to your **Import List** using the top navigation menu.
3. Click on the **Shipping Options** tab for that product.

From there, you can see all available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and exact costs. If you want to check shipping rates for a different country, simply update the **Ships From** and **Ships To** dropdown filters.
