# What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Account Welcome Email

It's incredibly exciting to start your e-commerce journey, and we want to get you into your SaleHoo dashboard as quickly as possible. If you haven't received your account login details yet, **your welcome email is most likely hanging out in your spam or junk folder**.

To ensure our messages always reach your main inbox, we highly recommend adding `@salehoo.com` to your safe senders list or contacts.

Here is how you can quickly locate your details and whitelist our email based on your specific provider:

* **Gmail Users:** Open your **Spam** folder. If you see our welcome email, select it and click **Not Spam** at the top of your screen to send future messages directly to your inbox.
* **Outlook Users:** Go to **Tools** > **Message Rules** > **Mail**. Create a new rule that recognizes senders with `@salehoo.com` and automatically moves them to your Inbox.
* **Yahoo! Mail Users:** Navigate to **Options** and select **Filters**. Create a new filter where the "From header" contains [`salehoo.com`](https://www.salehoo.com) and direct those incoming messages straight to your Inbox.
* **Hotmail Users:** Log into your account, click on the **Contacts** tab, and select **Safe List** from the left-hand menu to add [`salehoo.com`](https://www.salehoo.com) directly.
