Password Help
Forgot your password? No worries. It happens to the best of us. It’s super easy to reset your SaleHoo password. Just click here and enter your email address. We’ll send you an email with instructions for resetting your passwords in less than a minute.
If you know your existing password but want to change it, simply login to SaleHoo and select “Settings” from the top right avatar image. Next, select the Change Password tab and enter your new password.
We care about your security, which is why we require members to use strong passwords. SaleHoo passwords must contain 8 alphanumeric characters and at least:
1 Special character - !@#$%^&()<>?":
1 Capital letter
If for any reason you are still having trouble with your password, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success Team at support@salehoo.com. We’ll make sure everything gets squared away.
