How to Update Your Profile Details

Your profile lets suppliers know exactly who you are and builds instant trust when you reach out. It’s the perfect place to add helpful business details, like your store name, your experience level, and where you're located, making your conversations with suppliers run much smoother.

You can update your personal information directly inside your dashboard in just a few quick steps:

• Log in to your SaleHoo account.
• Click Settings from the left-hand navigation menu.

• Choose the Personal Details tab to open up your profile options.

Inside this section, you can fully customize how you appear to our network:

• Contact Info: Update your primary name and email address to keep your communication seamless.
• Business Details: Add your store name, your years of e-commerce experience, a short "About You" bio, and a custom signature for forum posts.
• Location & Timezone: Set your country, city, and local timezone so suppliers know when you're most active.
• Profile Photo & Social Links: Upload a professional profile picture or your business logo, and add links to your active storefronts or social media pages.

If you value extra privacy while navigating the platform, you can also tick the "Make profile private" checkbox within these settings.

Once you’ve finished making your changes, simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click the green Update Profile button to save your settings.
