How to use private messaging
As a member of SaleHoo, you can send private messages to other members and to our staff should you wish to keep your concerns private. Please use our private messaging system accordingly and avoid using it to circumvent any existing forum rules.
I’m having problems receiving emails

How to post on the forum
There are two ways to post on the forum: Make a new post or reply to an existing post.
Did my purchase go through?
You can tell that your order has gone through because you'll receive an email from either ClickBank/Braintree - your receipt with instructions that will automatically direct you to an account setup page where you can create your SaleHoo login.
What is Clkbank*SaleHoo on my credit card?
If you used your credit card or PayPal to pay for your membership you will find Clkbank*SaleHoo accordingly in your credit card, bank or PayPal statement. You will also receive an email from either ClickBank confirming your purchase.
How to update your profile
You can edit or update your member profile like add a forum signature where you can promote your online store or blog or add your profile photo. You can do all these on your member dashboard page via the "Settings" link.
How to change your SaleHoo username
When you sign-up to SaleHoo you will automatically be issued a username based on the name you provided. Should you wish to edit your username please contact support directly and we can assist you.

The most likely reason is that our email to you has got caught up in your SPAM or JUNK mail filter. I’m getting a Cookie error
