As a SaleHoo member, you can send private messages to other members and to our staff.
It can be a great way to share tips and ideas and make connections with like-minded people. You can also use the private messaging function to access customer support (you can also email support@salehoo.com).
Please be respectful of others and do not send spam or unsolicited content. You can read our private messaging guidelines here, but the main expectation is to treat others how you’d like to be treated.
How to read and reply to private messages
You can access your private messages by clicking on your profile icon located on the upper right portion of the page.
If you have any unread messages you will see a corresponding number. Bold titled subjects are your unread messages. Click on the subject to read and reply to your message(s).
