How to Access the Directory

Step 1 – Log in to your SaleHoo account

• Go to salehoo.com
• Click Log In (top-right corner)
• Enter your email and password
• From the left-hand menu, click on Directory

You’ll now be taken to the main SaleHoo Directory dashboard.

How to Search for Suppliers

Finding suppliers is easy with our intuitive search tools.

Step 2 – Use the search bar

At the top of the Directory, you’ll see the “Find suppliers” search bar.
Type in the product type, brand, or niche you’re interested in.
Examples:

• “Nike”

As you type, smart suggestions will appear based on popular search terms.

Step 3 – Filter your results

Once your search loads, use the filters on the left-hand panel to narrow your results.
You can filter by:

• Supplier Type – Wholesaler, Dropshipper, Manufacturer
• Location – Select a specific country or region
• Shipping Regions – See who ships to your market (e.g., US, UK)

Viewing a Supplier Profile

Clicking on a supplier will open their detailed profile. This is where you can review their business information, policies, and contact options.
Here’s what’s included:

Company Overview

• Product types and specialties
• Business history
• Whether they offer dropshipping, wholesale, or both
• Minimum order requirements

Contact Information

• Email, phone number, or messaging links
• Preferred method of communication
• Response time (if provided)

• From the supplier profile, click Message Supplier

All messages and replies from suppliers can be managed inside your Inbox in SaleHoo.
Click Inbox on the left-hand menu to:

• View new messages and replies
• Follow up with suppliers
• Organize conversations by status

Adding Suppliers to Favorites

You can save promising suppliers to your Favorites panel for easy access and comparison.

How to add a favorite:

• Go to a supplier’s profile
• Click the ⭐ Favorite icon in the top right
• The supplier will now appear in your Favorite Suppliers list on the right-hand panel of the Directory

Use this to:

• Compare supplier pricing and policies side by side
• Keep backups in case one supplier becomes unavailable
• Organize suppliers by product category or niche

Best Practices for Success
