Keeping your supplier communications and research organized is seamless right inside your unified dashboard. Instead of scrambling with external spreadsheets, you can easily save, label, and add custom details to your supplier partnerships to keep your workflow organized.
Here is how to manage your saved suppliers and organize them step-by-step:
- Save a supplier: When you are viewing a partner profile or a search card, click the Favorite icon (the star symbol) to instantly add them to your preferred list.
- Add custom notes: Open the supplier profile and look for the Notes section on the right-hand panel. Click inside the text field to type specific operational reminders, such as negotiated shipping timelines or custom quotes.
- Apply organizational tags: Just below the notes field, click Add Tag to create or assign custom keywords (like "Electronics," "Zero MOQ," or "US Shipping") to group similar partners together.

To review your curated list of partners at any time, select the Favorite Suppliers tab located on the main left-hand navigation menu of your dashboard. This centralized view allows you to filter your saved partners by the custom tags you created, helping you adjust your supply chain in seconds.
