How to Message Suppliers Directly from Your Dashboard

Communicating with suppliers is easy and safe when you do it right from your unified SaleHoo dashboard. By messaging suppliers directly inside your account, you can quickly request pricing, ask about minimum order quantities (MOQs), and start building strong business partnerships without ever leaving the platform.

When you find a supplier you’re interested in working with, follow these simple steps to reach out:

Open the supplier's profile by clicking on their business name anywhere in your dashboard.
Click the "Contact Supplier" button located on the right side of their profile page.
Write your message introducing yourself and mentioning the specific products you want to source. If you aren't sure what to say, click the "+" icon inside the message box to load a pre-written outreach template.
Hit Send to deliver your message instantly.

To review your conversations or check for replies, simply click on the Inquiries tab in your left-hand navigation menu.
