What to Do If You Haven’t Received Your Confirmation Email

If you haven’t received your confirmation email, don’t worry! Sometimes, strict email filters accidentally route important account notifications into the wrong folder. We want to get you into your SaleHoo dashboard as quickly as possible so you can start exploring our trusted supplier network and integrated product research tools.


To make sure our messages reach you safely, please follow these simple steps based on your email provider:


  • For Gmail Users: Open your Spam folder. If you see our email, select it and click Not Spam to ensure all future account updates land directly in your primary inbox.
  • For Hotmail/Outlook Users: Navigate to your Contacts tab, select Safe List from the left-hand menu, and add salehoo.com to your trusted senders.
  • For Yahoo! Users: Go to Options, select Filters, and create a new rule that directs any incoming mail containing salehoo.com straight to your Inbox.
