What to Do If You Haven't Received Your Account Welcome Email
It's incredibly exciting to start your e-commerce journey, and we want to get you into your SaleHoo dashboard as quickly as possible. If you haven't received your account login details yet, your welcome email is most likely hanging out in your spam or junk folder.
To ensure our messages always reach your main inbox, we highly recommend adding @salehoo.com to your safe senders list or contacts.
Here is how you can quickly locate your details and whitelist our email based on your specific provider:
- Gmail Users: Open your Spam folder. If you see our welcome email, select it and click Not Spam at the top of your screen to send future messages directly to your inbox.
- Outlook Users: Go to Tools > Message Rules > Mail. Create a new rule that recognizes senders with
@salehoo.comand automatically moves them to your Inbox. - Yahoo! Mail Users: Navigate to Options and select Filters. Create a new filter where the "From header" contains
salehoo.comand direct those incoming messages straight to your Inbox. - Hotmail Users: Log into your account, click on the Contacts tab, and select Safe List from the left-hand menu to add
salehoo.comdirectly.
