Step-by-Step Inbox Resolution

For Gmail Users

  1. Open your Spam folder from the left-hand sidebar.

  3. Click the Not Spam button at the top of the message window to immediately move it to your main inbox and train your filter for future messages.

For Outlook and Hotmail Users

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your Settings (the gear icon), then select View all Outlook settings.
  2. Click on Mail, then choose Junk email from the submenu.
  3. Scroll down to the Safe senders and domains section and click Add.
  4. Type in salehoo.com and save your changes to guarantee all future updates bypass your junk folder.

For Yahoo! Users

  1. Log into your Yahoo! Mail account and click the Settings gear icon in the top right.
  2. Select More Settings, then click on Filters from the left navigation bar.
  3. Click Add new filters and name your rule.
  4. Set the From header condition to "contains" and enter salehoo.com.
